At Dr Blink Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in offering authentic, high-quality skincare products and aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

1. Applicable Location

This policy applies to all orders shipped within South Africa.

Dr Blink Shop operates both an online store and a physical retail location. Returns may be processed via courier or, by prior arrangement, returned in person at:

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Defective Products: Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

 

3. Return Methods & Fees

  • Returns may be made by courier or by prior arrangement at our physical premises.
  • Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

5. Important Notes

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Promotional or clearance products may be non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery on orders over R750.
  • Flat rate shipping of R120 on orders below R750.

 

Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays are processed the same day.
  • Handling time: 0–1 business day.
  • Transit time: 1–3 business days for major centres.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days nationwide.

Customers may choose to collect their orders from the above address.

Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Excluding public holidays)

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection. Please bring proof of purchase and identification.
