The Problem Dry Skin Cream is formulated with a 20% Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) blend (including glycolic, lactic, and mandelic acids) plus Maltobionic Acid (PHA) and Pro‑Vitamin E.
NeoStrata® Problem Dry Skin Cream is a highly emollient treatment that exfoliates, smooths, and moisturizes severely dry, rough, and thickened skin, especially on areas like knees, elbows, and heels.
How to use
Problem Dry Skin Cream
Wash the area with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
Use a small amount and massage into affected areas (knees, elbows, heels, or other rough patches).
Apply twice daily as tolerated.
On sensitive areas, reduce to once daily or every other day.
Apply to a small patch on the forearm before using widely.
This cream contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), which increase sun sensitivity.
Always use SPF 30+ sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using the product and for a week afterwards.

Contraindications
The cream contains a 20% Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) blend, which can be too strong for delicate or easily irritated skin. It is not recommended for sensitive or rosacea‑prone skin.
Avoid use on broken, sunburned, or inflamed areas, as the exfoliating acids may worsen irritation.
Do not apply immediately after chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments until the skin has healed.
Should not be layered with other exfoliants (retinoids, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or high‑strength vitamin C) unless directed by a dermatologist.
While topical AHAs are generally considered safe in low concentrations, consult a healthcare professional before use due to the high strength of this formula.
