Contradictions
Any hypersensitivity to thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, or cobalamin.
High-dose niacin (B3) can worsen liver problems.
Excessive supplementation may stress kidney function.
Niacin can increase uric acid levels and trigger gout attacks.
Only use under medical supervision, since dosage requirements differ.
Should not take adult-strength B-Complex unless prescribed.
